BrainMapWeb: General Usage

This web application interfaces with the current BrainMap database. It replaces the old "Search & View for WWW", which is no longer used.

By selecting the tabs above, you can refine the criteria you wish to search by. After selecting your search options on each page, click the "Add" button. This will add the selected parameter to your search query. If you want to start over, then click the "Clear" button. This will remove all search criteria from your query. When your search query is complete, click the "Search" button.

The result is a list of papers found in BrainMap that match your search criteria. The citation information is given for each paper, as well as database statistics on the imaging modality, number of subjects, and number of experiments. The complete details about each paper can be found by using the Java application, Sleuth.

Thank you for your interest in the BrainMap Database.
